The Single Hung Tilt window shares the same stately, traditional appearance and convenient modern features as our popular Double Hung Tilt window. The only difference is that with this version only the bottom sash slides vertically and tilts in for easy cleaning from inside. The same constant force sash balances are used in the Single Hung Tilt windows to allow for a smooth, quiet operation. These windows can be banked together for larger openings or coupled with our elegant Fixed Picture window to create several unique and attractive configurations.

Our patented locking, sliding shoe and secure pivot bar allow both sashes to slide effortlessly for ventilation and to tilt-in safely for glass surface cleaning. Our tilt-in feature allows for maximum ventilation. The Single Slider Tilt window is a variation of the Double Slider Tilt. The only difference is that with this version only one sash slides horizontally and tilts in for cleaning from inside. The same patented locking shoe and secure pivot bar allow the sash to slide effortlessly and lock securely in place when tilted in for cleaning. The Single Slider Tilt window can be banked together for larger openings or coupled with our elegant Fixed Picture window to create several timeless, traditional configurations.

Our Bay and Bow windows project out beyond the exterior walls and are angled, creating the illusion of a larger interior room and allowing for a wide expansive view of the outdoors. Amica Windows and Doors offers the deepest projecting angles of a Bay window, usually built with three or four sections, a larger center window with two smaller angled flanker windows that operate. Another choice is our Bow window with its softer more curved appearance. This is typically built with four or five equal sized sections with the two ends operating.
